Middle layer material usuall us pure Aluminium or VMPET. Aluminium material is opacity (not transparent), Silver color material. VMPET material is semi-transparent coated aluminium material. Al is more expensive than VMPET.
Stand up pouch with zipper style is usually used to put solid products such as Granular substance or powdery substance. Stand up pouch with spout style is usually used to put liquid products. Stand up pouches have bottom gusset can make the pouch put in more content and stand up well. Plastic stand up pouch is much more portable compared to other material.
Gravure printing shows colorful printing effect based on 5 color and plus spot color. We use big machine so our MOQ is usually not less than 100,000pcs. If less quantity the material waste will be count so the price will be more expensive.
Please note that our stand up pouch products are customized product. Please give us details about size, material, quantity etc..The price is based on all these details.

1. Material Structure and Thickness (micron), for Example: PET12/NY15/PE120 micron

Do you need to add aluminium to make the pouch look more high quality?
2. How do you pack the content into the stand up pouches? Do you use automatic packing machine or semi-automatic or just by manual? Is there any high temperature envirement during filling?
3. Pouch Size, for Example: Width 120mm x Length/Height 200mm Bottom gusset: 40mm*2=80
Spout size, for example: diameter 8.6mm or 16mm.

4. Artwork or Real Product in picture (This is OPTIONAL)

Why do we require MOQ not less than 50000pcs?
Our MOQ usually require more than 50000pcs. Because our machines are big and high quality machines. When We start the machine we need to put on at least hundreds or thousands meters of material. Our products are customized product. Your material structures are special and we difficultly sell them to others. So we have to require more than 50000pcs(based on size).
More quantity will average the cost of printing plate, material, labor cost. It's a good idea to store more packages to save cost.
Some family workshop allow small quantity. But actually their machines can't make good quality pouches and their materials are simple (one layer) and not good quality.
